How I Drink Lemon Water:

Ingredients:
-24+ ounces of warm water (never boiling- don’t want to destroy the lemon juice’s enzymes!)
-1 organic lemon

Instructions:
-Warm the water on the stove, but do not let it boil!
-Cut lemon in half and use a lemon juicer or squeeze lemon into warm water!
