We all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is true – if we start our day off strong with a healthy, filling breakfast than our chances of continuing to make healthier choices throughout the day increase. The most common excuse I hear for skipping out on breakfast in the AM is “time.” So many people complain to me that they simply do not have enough time in the morning to make anything.
I hear you! While committing to a healthier lifestyle means planning ahead at times, a quick on the go breakfast smoothie might be the answer to all of your “what on earth should I eat for breakfast?!” questions! Some smoothies are super delicious, but can leave you feeling hungry shortly after.
Enter in the Blueberry-Oat Breakfast Smoothie! This smoothie allows you to get your fair share of fruit, superfoods and antioxidants but that addition of a small handful of gluten free oats, levels up this smoothie from a snack to a filling breakfast!
