ingredients:: •1 medium organic cauliflower •1 white onion diced •1-2 medium carrot peeled and chopped •1 tablespoon fresh chopped ginger (or ginger powder) •2 tablespoons of coconut oil (or evoo) •2-3 chopped garlic cloves •2 tablespoons turmeric powder •pink salt + fresh ground pepper *black pepper is a must, it contains the bioactive compound Piperine, when combined with turmeric enhances absorption of Curcumin by 2,000% 🔥
directions:: 1. rinse and chop cauliflower, add to a food processor and pulse for 1-2 minutes until cauliflower is rice sized 2. in coconut oil, cook onions and carrots until translucent and soft 3. add cauliflower rice with a bit of water and cover with a lid to steam 4. add garlic, ginger, turmeric, black pepper and salt (stirring constantly) 5. fry for one minute, stir and serve! enjoy!
