Savvy Smoothie

when i first touched down in lala-land a few months ago, my homegirl, Savvy put me onto this delicious + nutritious, super filling smoothie.



Savvy Smoothie 🌿✨

•banana *pref. frozen

•2-3 juicy medjool dates

•1/2 an avocado •sprinkle of hemp seeds

•1 tbsp spirulina

•almond milk

•i added seamoss

blend + enjoy!


spirulina; the star ingredient of this smoothie, is a blue-green algae that contains B vitamins, beta-carotene, and vitamin E. spirulina also contains antioxidants, minerals, chlorophyll, and contains 4g of protein per tablespoon.


you know you’ve made it in life when i name a smoothie after you. 😆 big ups to Yoga Savvy for blessing me (and now you!) with this nourishment. 🙌
