ingredients::

•1/2 cup cooked sweet potato / packed

•handful of frozen mango chunks

•1 cup of oat milk

•3-4 juicy dates

•1/2” ginger root

•1-2 tbsp. hemp seeds

•sprinkle of cinnamon

directions::

•boil sliced sweet potato in medium sauce pan + water until fork tender

•mash sweet potato

•add sweet potato, frozen mango, oat milk, dates, ginger, hemp seeds + cinnamon to blender

•blend, give thanks + enjoy!
